Any items that arrive damaged will be accepted for Exchange or Refund (Excluding Special Offers which are non-returnable and non-refundable) within 14 days of receiving your order only if returned in Original Packaging and Tags still attached with a proof of purchase. If your order is received damaged or does not work, FitG will cover the return costs and provide a return label (you will have 14 days to return the item).
In case a product is damaged during return, FitG has full right to issue a partial refund. Every product is tested and checked prior to dispatch.
No Refunds or Exchanges will be sent until FitG receives Original Purchase, it is advised to use Recorded Delivery as proof of Postage/Delivery.
We recommend keeping the original packaging for a minimum of 30 days. Items sold cannot be returned if no fault is found, we can only accept refund/exchange in case of any faults in the product within 14 days of receiving.

In original packaging with all its contents (smartwatch, charger, manual all in the Smartwatch box, if any of the contents are missing, deductions can be made)
In a re-sale-able condition (foil on the screen)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels. If we’re unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund via the original payment method.
If you paid on card, refunds can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
Every product is subject to our 14-day money-back guarantee scheme that applies to items that arrive damaged or malfunction. We do NOT cover for accidental damage, cosmetic damage, loss or theft. If 14 days have passed, the product is subject to 1-year manufacturer's warranty. This does not include accidental damage. If the product breaks down during this time, the product must be returned. We will send the product to the manufacturer to fix the issue which can take up to 90 days. If the issue cannot be fixed, store credit will be offered.
